Main House : 4 bedrooms
• Entrance

• Telephone and fax area
* Family-room kitchen with massive stone fireplace at one end, and gridded windows overlooking the garden at the other. The kitchen is modern, well equipped having a large sub zero refrigerator with frozen food section, ice machine that allows you to have ice cubes, chopped ice and purified water, stove with 4 burners that function with gas, plus an oven. The propane tanks are refilled prior to each rental.
* Summer Living room and bar. This room is available in all the summer months from May through October. It is not heated in the winter months. It has a steep staircase that leads to the upstairs loft and the artist's area. It is not appropriate for small children.
• White guest room with adjoining bathroom and shower (4 poster king size bed)
•Master bedroom with small adjoining bathroom with a tub and closet. The master bedroom has an antique French wash basin in the room. There is a king size four poster bed.
* Queen size bed, It has marble around the bath tub and a good sized, excellent shower with large shower head.
A possible 4th bedroom has an entrance from the courtyard or through the family room-kitchen. It has a 4 poster king canopy bed. There is an antique French wash basin in the room and a fireplace. It is however, the only room without an adjoining bathroom. Guests can use the toilet in the powder room that is in the entrance of the house. (Access is through the family room kitchen.) For shower or bath facilities this guest must use the other bathrooms.
All beds have deluxe American box springs and mattresses
Garden Private, approx 1/2 acres
*The TV is a new plasma flat LCD screen about 73" across. It is hooked up with a satellite and receives the English channels, CNN and BBC. It has a remote control.
*There is a CD sound system.
*It has a DVD video system that allows the viewing of movies.
*A CD player is also available in the summer living room.
* The heat is divided into 2 systems one for the main house and one for the small apartment rental.
*The outdoor lantern on the street goes on automatically between the hours of 9:30 P.M.-10:30 P.M.
*The house is set up with an alarm system *There is a small washing machine available on the premises as well as an ironing board and iron. (Laundry soap is provided on location.)
*There is a fax machine that is also a photo copy machine.
*The telephone cabin is in a small room off the entrance of the house together with the fax machine.
The apartment: 2 bedrooms
2 bedrooms with Twin beds. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with a shower and toilet.
All appliances and •To the right of the entrance is the living room dining room with a table and six chairs plus 2 twin day-bed sofas.
•Kitchen with 2 burner stove and microwave oven
•The utility bath has a large tub and sink.
There is a washing machine and clothes rack in this bathroom.
•There is an independent toilet room off the kitchen.
•On the second floor at the top of the stairs there are 2 bedrooms right off the landing.
Smoking in either house is not permitted.
This well appointed property is located 20 minutes outside of Fontainebleau, in the trainquile village of Arbonne la Foret. Fontainebleau is a 40 minute train ride from downtown Paris
